Pricing

We currently have two packages, our Starter package so you can trial or use it in low volume and the Early Adopters plan. We want to reward the people that take the leap early with us.

You will be able to keep the Early Adopters package for as long as the Product is around (hopefully a long time).

Pricing FAQs

• What are tokens?

  “Tokens” are the blocks of text that chatGPT (the service chatSheets is built on) breaks sentences and words into in order to predict what text it should output next.

  OpenAI (chatGPT’s creator), charges by the number of tokens that are used when asking questions and receiving answers. We rely on OpenAI to tell us the number of tokens - we don’t make up our own.

• What if I want to cancel my subscription?

  You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• Can I buy licences for my team?

  You can buy licences on behalf of your team within the application admin.

• How do I pay?

  You can subscribe for a paid tier within the platform. Simply sign up and navigate to your profile. Follow the prompts to pay for a subscription with Stripe.

• Do you need my credit card info for sign up?

  No credit is needed at sign up. You test our tool out with our Starter plan - which you are automatically assigned on sign up.

• Can I evaluate chatSheets with a large team for free?

  Sure! You can sign up for our starter plan, or if you want to chat, drop us a line at help@kyndling.com.

• Do you offer annual discounts?

  We don't offer annual discounts at present.

• Are there any hidden pricing upgrades?

  There are no other hidden pricing upgrades, just the plans we have listed.

• Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

  No long-term contract. Come and go as you please.

• Do you do variable/PAYG token pricing?

  Not as yet, though we are planning this.
