Types of tasks you can run
Classic Prompt/Question
Run multiple, classic prompts as you would in chatGPT. Ask any question.
In this example, we ask basic questions in a column of cells, the responses populate on the right of your questions/prompts.
Classify & Summarise
Classify and summarise qualitiative data
Use chatGPT to analyse qualitiatve bodies of text to determine things like sentiment, mood and feeling. You can also ask it to summarise large bodies into more concise summaries, i.e. “summarise in one sentence”.
Example commands include:
- Classification
- Sentiment
- Mood
- Feeling
- Leave reason (i.e. why a customer left)
- Summarise
- Summarise in one sentence
- Product Type (determine a product from its title)
Data Cleanse
Extract data with plain english
Instead of having to think and write about complicated formulas to extract data from a string, you can get chatGPT to do it by simply saying what you want in plain English.
Example commands include:
- Cleansing
- “Remove special characters if exists”: remove anything that isn’t a letter or number
- “Remove www. if exists”: remove specific things from a string
- “Replace John with Jack in text”
- Extraction
- Extract [value/integer/text]: get the number or value from a string
- Extract date: get the date from a string
- Extract [text/string/value] in parenthesis: get data between particular characters
- TRUE if [text/value] in text: search a string and return TRUE if it is in that string
Infer/Guess
Ask chatGPT to infer, i.e. rate qualititative text
Ask chatGPT to rate qualitative text. This is similar to Classify & Summarise, but we ask chatGPT to guess things with its judgement.
Example commands include:
- Rate out of 5
- Customer salvageable
Lookup
Lookup definitions and fill in incomplete data, like addresses
Get definitions, industry standard codes or even geolocation for your input.
Example commands include:
- Definitions: get definitions of any term
- Country/City: get missing terms from an address
- Two letter/three letter Country Code / Alpha-3 ISO Country Code: Get the country codes according to ISO from an incomplete address, or city reference
- Country Phone Code: Get the country dialling code from an address, or similar
